Registration: Consultants may follow the steps below to register for this event. Middle-grade and non-medical professionals must not use this option. Such persons may attend if nominated in advance to accompany a consultant and confirmed by EMCEF. If attending instead of going to regional training, trainees must still each be nominated by a consultant, who will provide the nominee's details in their own registration process. The details for nominees are provided by the consultant who is nominating them, not by the nominee. Please use the Contact Form for any inquiry about this or any other registration issue.
Step 1: Make the BACS payment, as per the instructions in the brochure
Step 2: Send an e-mail from the e-mail account with which you wish to register to [email protected] and include all of the following information:
First name
Last name
Work location or place name
Grade
Payment reference
Payment date
For any colleague you wish to nominate, include the following information:
First name
Last name
Grade (must be ST5+ or equivalent or ACP)
E-mail address
By providing any of the details above, you confirm that you are aware and have informed any nominee that any "no show" without sufficient prior notification will be charged the full cost, as per the instructions in the brochure!
