Not all our feedback statistics should be taken at face value. For example, we average at each event 2-3 feedback returns from people who state (correctly) that this was their first EMCEF event and yet they still provide a view on how it compared with previous ones...
Feedback scores from consultants are generally significantly higher than those from middle grade doctors.
